Mr Hipsley is an internationally recognised Judge for many breeds, and serves as a professional Judge educator for many breed societies, including the Royal Agricultural Society of New Zealand, where his manual on judging and selection of horses is a required reference. He is a licensed and professional member of many breed societies including National Saddle Mules Association. His qualifications are too numerous to record here.
